Hey there...I joined a couple months ago, then 'fell off the wagon'. Now I'm back! Trying to get more involved and make more friends for the support, it seems to help! I'm about 30 minutes from Ottawa, towards Montreal. Anyone else? Even if not, feel free to add me, I'll try to support you as much as I can!

    I'm from Ottawa...kinda. I work in Ottawa if that counts, I work out in Ottawa and all my friends live in Ottawa. I just moved out to the "country" in August. I'm south of Russell.
