Hi! I am 23 and 5'3. I am am currently 125 and my goal weight is 115. I have been on a plateau after I got down to about 126 from 136 and these last ten pounds are being very very stubborn which led me to MFP. Feel free to add me. Would love the support and motivation to stay on track.

I tend to work out late only because thats when I can fit it in with my schedule with work and my work outs are after dinner around 8 or 9 also. I am in the same boat. I lost about 10lbs before I got onto MFP and these last ten are what got me around to joining but they are definitely hard to get rid of. I am starting to incorportate strenght training to build some muscle into my work outs. I am hoping that will start to make a difference.

Thanks! I see other people's success and it helps in driving me to get to my own goals. I just need to stay focused to make the right food choices and even more so get the motivation to work out more often.
