Yes, but that was when I mistakenly thought we had to do ALL the exercises every day; once I realized we didn't I was okay with it with the exception of the ups/downs.

I had LASIK done about 6 yrs. ago and it was the BEST thing I've ever done...well worth the expense. I had no pain, just had to use drops for a week or so and it was really simple. I do a couple of protein smoothies (shakes) that are around 200 calories each, one chocolate and one strawberry that are both delicious, thick, and very filling. They're my own recipes made with whey protein powders. I'll be glad to share my recipes with you if you'd like them. Just let me know.
