Does it matter what kind of protein shake ? and also should we just add it to a low caloric diet or should we try and reduce the intake of anything else specific in our diet like carbs, or fats

I will be starting phase 1 tomorrow again i tried it a little while back and i fell off the wagon the milk idea is great i had never that of that ! Thanx :)
