  • I just looked at a couple of days in your Diary and you are under 1200 calories if that is normal on a daily basis, you aren't eating enough.
  • I eat them all day and all night. As long as they fit in my day, they are not off limits no matter what time of day.

  • I look at it as one day. I didn't become overweight in a day, so if I workout and take a break from counting calories, knowing the next day is back to normal I am totally okay with that. I plan to enjoy everything that comes with the holiday, from food, to drinks to friend, family and fireworks. No worries!

  • why 1000 calories, I would be so ornery if only allowed myself 1000 calories a day!! I still have about 45lbs to lose, and I eat on average 1500 calories per day depending on my workouts. And I would not give up chocolate, EVER! Matter of fact I just had a Hershey miniature and it was muy delicioso!!
