I think what I love most about The Breakfast Club is that it is a movie I grew up with, and my kids, who are 22, 21, 20, 16, and 13 all love it too.....a movie that NEVER gets old!

Ummm.....900 calories is definitely not enough food for starters, 1200 is the bare minimum you need if you are not working out to lose weight, if you are working out you should be eating back your exercise calories too.....

Well I guess for me, I work out hard, I definitely don't feel like I am "killing myself", but building a better version of me. Can I lose weight by solely eating a deficit, sure I can. But will my body look they way I want it to by just eating a deficit and not working out? Doubtful. So I take an hour out of my day for me.…

Some people think it's weird some don't, but I absolutely love wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter and banana sliced on top of it! Pretty much anything that involved PB is awsome in my book, pretzels dipped in PB, fritos dipped in PB all delightful!
