I have the the One and I love it. I work at a prison so i can get through security with no problem. It has the sleep function, which I dont use right now given im expecting and I know I wake up alot at night. But I love it for exercise, and steps. I also have the polar which I got off amazon.

Prior to becoming pregnant I was 232...i am six months pregnant and I am 241. After I deliver I have to get back to my goal of 175. I will add you and give you support throughout your journey even though I cant really work out like I want to right now. It is feasible. You will have to find out what works best for your body…

I am due with my first on June 29, 2014. I have a history of miscarriage given i have a clotting disorder. This is the last week of my first trimester and I am excited. I am afraid to exercise though even though the doctors said that I could. Any advice. And congrats to all the future mommies to be.

I used to go a couple of years ago. they are a temporary fix. Now if you go once a week or every other week and take the products that they offer, it is effective. I had good results when I went. But everyone is different.

I did it for a couple of months...mines was $20.00 for 20 minutes...the first time I lost like 18 inches all over. its good if you go and use the products. The place where I use to go has one of the clients actual run the business now...so I see her before and after pictures and she still does the wraps. I think it is up…

I am a 42/44DDD and I normally just wear my regular bra. However, my exercise tops are the ones that have the built in bra and it gives me support. Now I dont do a lot of jumping in it, but I am comfortable with the running. I do have some champion sports bras that I wear when I do a lot of jumping with just a regular bra.…

I unfriend when I see that they have not logged in for more than a month. I know I fell off at one time, but never more than a month. I may not log my food everyday, but I try to comment to my friends on here as much as possible.

I wear both my fitbit and my HRM when I work out. I normally just subtract the fitbit adjustment that adds to MFP. That is just my personal preference.

I so want in. However, I normally weigh in every other friday at the doctors. I will use my scale on those days and hopefully it wont be that different from the doctors. I am currently 227...so being below 200...OMG would be amazing.

It all depends on your endurance. What helps me when I swim (50 meter) pool is that I dont use my legs when I am swimming freestyle. It requires more pull and it makes me work harder. I do the same thing. I am a sweater so I wear cute stuff with my nails done and I wear matching clothes. Do what makes you feel good and don't worry about anyone else. You need supporters not haters!!!!!

I would say try the pepsi max....I use to be in that boat...and I had my withdrawal symptoms....go slow because I know what it is like to get sick. Pepsi max isnt bad....I drink either diet pepsi or pepsi max when I want a soda.
