Mines varies....If I actually give it my all I am normally over 400 calories, but it has varied from 350-500. I think it depends on your body size and like I said the effort you actually give.

On a good week I work out Monday thru Fridays. I try to keep the weekends for me and to give my body a break. On a bad week maybe three or four times (which may include a saturday morning)

I do not think you are crazy. My doctor has been telling me that when I decided to lose weight that I would be successful in carrying a baby full term, so that is what I am doing. I printed that out the other day and I saw that as well. Orginally I was not using that when getting my food. For the most part I cook all of my food. So since I have noticed that (yesterday) to be exact I am paying closer attention to it and maybe that will make a difference. Thanks.

I have heard that the smaller a person is, the harder it is to burn calories. I am 238/240 depending on the scale and when I get on it. Yes I bought it when I actuall got really serious and I didnt like the numbers that MFP was entering so I went and bought one. So I am going off what the watch is telling me. I even stop it when I take breaks so it is not continously running.
