  • Thankyou for the reminders about Banana's... I do eat them but I am kind of sick of them my kids ate them too. I never thought it wouldn't be listed.... It's just a little worrying when I'm only getting half of the recommended amounts on mfp. Thankyou all for the info

  • I think and a little juicing is not bad. Get a little bit more vitamins out of it. I especially like the ideas of using whole foods only, and how industry has taken everything out of products that was ever good for us and put it into everything. For example corn and wheat.

The next day I take out the leftover chicken and stock/sauce and make a lovely soup with leftover veg today was carrots peppers it was really good and make an easy pretty healthy lunch…

  • Fresh ground coffee in a French press is the best. I found if the coffee beans are good then I was able to drink it black instead of a double double. That cinnamon and black coffee sounded cool too :) I'll try it this morning.
