  • Hi there, I've been talking to a lot of girls in recovery recently and would be glad to support you with your road to recovery and maintenance! I'm running 14km for the butterfly foundation (an Australian ED foundation) and want to do my part to support people with an ED.
  • Oh man >< this made me laugh more than it should have.
  • Day 6 workout almost started. Also training for a 14km marathon. The 30DS has really helped improved my stamina and motivation to run and helped increased my speed. So far I'm walking/jogging about 4km in 35mins so that means will probably Finish at around 2 hour mark but I am hoping to get my time to 1 hour and 30 minutes…
  • It may not boost your metabolism but eating breakfast helps especially if you can make it high in protein. Eating a high protein breakfast quells hunger much longer than having no breakfast, a high carb or fat breakfast. It also means that you can have a good chunk of your calories intake (E.g usually about 350 - 400) with…
  • That's why ;3 Fat cells are larger, almost like balloons and therefore spread up more and take up more space. Muscle cells are far more dense and close to the bone :)
  • I would get rid of them (but being extremely lazy me they sit in the cupboard...the moths have a lovely home now)

  • I'm about to go into my D3 workout but...oh my. My legs are sooooo stiff. Walking up and down stairs is the hardest ;___; Wish me luck with those lunges and star jumps D:
  • Posting here to track the thread. My uh non-existent muscles are aching today from head to toe (even sitting down hurts my buttocks!!) more tonight with a bit of running afterwards to loosen the muscles up.
  • Imo your dinners are too big and your breakfast isn't big enough. Some days you had massive a massive breakfast and nothing until dinner which doesn't work out either. I also think you have waaaay to much sweet/buttery food that you'd probably want to replace with more fresh food or low fat/no-fat dairy products. ALSO (yep…
  • Weow just completed it. I'm terrible at the ab stuff and I keep using my neck so have to work on that :P Here are my 'before' photos. I'll take more at 15 days and then final at 30 days :3 I'm doing my regular cardio as well. I'm not going to uh embed them because I can't say I'm that proud of having my ghostly skin…
  • I'm starting in 4 hours! :P Whilst I don't have a measuring tape to take measurements my starting weight is 118.8lbs/53.9kg, 5'7 :3 I'll take a photo of my un-toned belly after the first workout :P
  • Can reduce the calories even more by substituting the Bacon for thinly sliced ham (taste better too imo) I will be trying this though!
  • Depends on your starting weight. It may be possible but it will be unrealistic to maintain unless your diet remains 1200 calories after the weight loss.
  • Yoplait no-fat yogurt...I'd die without it :<
  • ;_;Can I Join the club? Went to a lunchen today and probably ate about 700-800 calories in one sitting ;_; It was a small group of my partner's family and it is so hard to say no to food without being extremely rude.Pretty sure it pushed me somewhere between 300-500 calories over my 1.2k limit. Lucky I did 200cals worth of…
  • What is your calorie intake? Have you always though about eating the minimum/just under (1100 - 1200) to maintain weight so you don't put on as much for this tough time you are going through. That way you can easily motivate yourself to continue...or stay at your CW for a while! I can understand that stress causes the body…
  • Haha yeh. I will fit a small slice in somewhere...Will get my partner and his parents to eat most of it...BWAHAHA. Masterplan right there.
  • Thanks everyone for the great advice! I tried tea...still find it unpleasant so that plan failed! But will invest in some sugar-free gum and maybe unsalted cashews. Luckily I have a couple of busy days ahead so won't be stuck infront of the computer for hrs. Once again thanks and I hope this post helped someone else :P
  • First goodluck with exams (everyone in the same boat) :P I think I will have to start preparing fruit in advance. I don't drink tea/coffee but I think I might try some green tea just for that warm, boost and jolt (its cold and snowing on the mountains here :<) Thanks everyone ;3
