When I refer to about, its an maximum. I'm logging on my fitbit rather than MFP now as I find it easier to track everything on one application. For example today I consumed 1549 calories but yesterday I only consumed 1452. 1600 is my limit. I guess I just need to cut out something else and reduce to 1200

You just wouldn't be able to function normally only eating junk food because junk food is so high in calories by midday you'll hit your intake. The unsatisfaction of having small meals will also drive you crazy.

I met my partner 2 years ago on WoW. We've just bought an apartment together and planning to get married in a couple of years after I graduate :)

This is the problem I have every meal :P Thanks for the responses ^_^ Clears some misconceptions up.

I just had a bowl of Miracle Noodles with four cheese pasta sauce tonight. I will never go back to plain pasta again :P For only 20 calories per serve I can add extra cheese + have a dessert. :) Just don't smell them and rinse them well and you'll be fine. Edit; You can buy them online in bulk for a fairly good price.

Everyone reacts differently but a study showed that dairy digests a bit differently and the fat in dairy passes through the body compared to other fats. It is part 3/4 of the BBC Documentary - How to be slim http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSm1dWjMGeM&feature=related

This is my midway point photo. I started on the 1st of Nov and have had a total of 5ish days off the shred. Mainly because I traveled to do my first 14km run and the following day I was so sore :P Two days off because of lack of motivation/recover. I was the same weight (54.6kg on average) for about a whole month, and…

;_; Please calm down, I didn't start the religious topic I was just trying to lighten the mood. I don't have a PhD in Philosophy. My apologies.

On a side note... If God gave you free will then its not really free will ^_^ just saying.

They don't have 0 calories they have about 20 per 100 grams. They are great for pastas and stir fries. Anything with a sauce for them to soak up the flavour. I'd be tempted to cut them up and put them in a chicken soup as well. You don't need to cook them as they are already cooked but they do need to be washed as the…

It is possible but 700-800 calories at a low weight/maintaining weight is hard to burn (the lighter you weigh the less calories needed). For me that would be a good 1 hour and 30 minutes on the treadmill which I don't always have the time or motivation to do. If you can fit it into your lifestyle then go for it. I usually…

My diary is private to the public, I don't know them My diary is open to friends, I trust their responses and have goals to set with them. I get to know them. Everyones MFP experience is different, and hey, MAYBE you friend people for different reasons. I think people here just took it way out of proportion. I wanted to…

It is due to your diet change. Low carb/calorie diets often lead to hair loss (low in two ways, such as lower than your old intake and low number wise so less than 1000) Google has a lot of articles and research articles about it :) Edit; Once the stress is gone the cycle should resume/adjust ;o

Whilst I cannot go there anymore because I moved states, if Virgin Active is close to you I'd recommend going there 110%. There are so many classes, easy signup, rock climbing, pool facilities, relaxation facilities, a great range of exercise equipment and the change rooms are great especially if you need to go to work…

Actually you can turn off that function in settings and I've discussed it with this person. I just wanted opinions on what others have done >.> I have not lost any friends because of this also the majority of my friends are in recovery (so they want/expect comments and help with their diary) so I'm probably not use to…

Yes, they both damage your body. If someone is eating fatty foods 7 days a week and not balancing in the long run you are going to get health problems. Food and health are serious topics, I'm really not joking about it.
-
Wow, I never knew people would get to defensive and aggressive about it. It was an honest question about helping people/motivating people about making better lifestyle choices. I thought the friends option was about giving support and motivating to stay on the task and reach their weight goal. Making poor food choices…

I haven't done the 30DS for the past 3 days...just becauuuuse on Friday I did a 9km run and on Saturday I had a rest date because on Sunday I did my 14km run! Huzzah! NSV. Going to resume with a 40 minute session tonight with my last level 1 workout rolling into level 2.

Yes I just finished 1 and want to finish 2 again with my saved 1 toon. But I'm tempted to replay 1 and do some more subplots to unlock a more unique story...oh the temptations.

Yeh I'm on semester basis too. I took a gap year but I wish I didn't, so now I'm technically a year behind. I agree >.> Psychology is such a long degree and insanely competitive too I wish it was a tiny bit faster ;p
-
Me too! It's my plan too! I'm not sure how the college/university system works in America but....How far are you into your degree? I just finished my first year and can't wait to specialize some more. Its a real pain at my university because the human movement (so physical education and nutrition) is at another campus so I…

That is understandable, I think if you use the forum search bar there are a couple of threads though about overcoming ED or struggling with ED (on the road to recovery) Have you ever thought about contacting a nutritionist or psychologist that specializes in ED's? (or a combination of both). Whilst teachers are generally…

First you should edit your topic as [Triggering] next time. There are a lot of recovery individuals on this site. Secondly there are people that are here to support you, whether it be support to slowly increase calorie intake, or motivate you not to go off your diary or motivate you just to stay healthy in general.…

I'm no nutritionist but my partner and I discussed it. Whilst we agree it is a myth at a calorie intake of about 1000 calories will prevent muscle growth and possible damage to muscle tissue including organ tissue over an extremely long period of time. Starvation mode does exist in a sense but it isn't something that…

Actually most of the calories come from the bread and an OVERLOAD of cheese. You can cut both by 1) Using Lebanese Bread/Pita Bread small/medium size as the base. (Comes in wholemeal and also some reduced fat+salt pita breads but not sure what they have in the USA) 2) Only using half a cup of shredded pizza cheese. Low fat…

Depends what time in the day I do my exercise. If its early in the morning, generally too lazy and half a sleep...in the evening...no problem whip on the shoes. (Laziness on a fitness website...gotta love it)
-
I weigh myself every morning but only log losses. Any fluctuations under 1kg I don't record, and if its over 1kg I'd be pretty shocked.
-
Well you look good then >.< And probably still look fine now but gl with your weight loss.
-
If that if you in your DP then wow. But I don't see how you'll lose 6kg safely? There is no body fat there X____x
