I think it's so easy to go overboard with foods like this and not realise how much you are consuming. Personally I allow myself a teaspoon of PB nearly every day as I know there's about 45 cals in a teaspoon. Sometimes this is the highlight of my day! Hi I am a low fat and carber too! It's more Dukan than Atkins so sounds familiar to you. I aim to eat under 25gms carbs before I take fibre into account.

Hi I am a high protein/low carber too and I tend to eat the same foods everyday as I know they work for me. They include smoked salmon, tuna, tofu, fat free yoghurt, cottage cheese, salmon fillets and nuts as a treat. I don't eat meat (Only fish as I am a pescatarian) but seem to get all my protein every day. I hope this…

Hi Heather, I think this a common thing for quite a few people! Go to Weigh in, then edit previous entries which is on the bottom right. Then you can change your start weight. Hope this is helpful. xxx

Oh this is very real problem! Boys simply don't understand. I have really long, blonde (highlighted) hair and found washing it all the time was really doing it in. Then I discovered dry shampoo... AMAZING! Can't recommend it enough.

I am really sorry to hear you are struggling but so proud that you told everyone that! You didn't have to but instead you took responsibility, now you need to accept it happened and carry on. It won't screw anything up, occasional slip ups happen. You can do it!

Hi new friend! I am a pescatarian low carber and used to have exactly the same prob. Now every day I have half a tin of tuna mixed with either smoked salmon or tofu that I cook the night before. It may not sound too appetising but it is the highlight of my working day! Tuna is fab lunch, maybe you can incorporate that?

I have asked for no noodles before, they look at you a bit strange but if that's what you want they can easily accomodate. Or maybe half the noodles. Have a nice time.
