Exactly what I was thinking!!!

Same as I told the other guy, except I think they'd DEFINITELY give YOU a raise! ;) I took my top off and my boss just gave me more vacation time, said I need to get it out of my system somewhere else...whatever that means. =P
-
I bet they'd give you a raise!! ha
-
It seems like there would be more men wanting to participate in our topless party, but hey, I'm not complaining. =P
-
That's what I'm talking about!!

I got this feeling too. Fat loss, yet, no muscle gain. What other programs would you recommend?
-
Hehe Same here. <3 I love showing guys up. Weaklings. Yesterday I got all competitive when I was climbing the rock wall at my gym, and I did the overhang part with no problem and made the boys look dumb. =P

My tuna is the bomb. Must share. Tuna (duh), fat free mayo, or plain fat free greek yogurt to your liking, salt, pepper, paprika, diced bread and butter pickles, diced green apple with skin, diced boiled egg whites, and wha-la! Delicousness.

Not gonna lie, it's a love/hate relationship. =) =( Always should be when it comes to workouts, otherwise, you likely aren't improving! See, now that's good news, eh?
-
No it isn't. A good time to use one would be while you are losing weight though since it has the same effect as having a baby. =P I wore mine for months as I dieted and lost weight and I am impressed with the way the loose skin has stuck back to the muscle and tightened up. =)
-
The abs are killer. I love it. =D
-
I HIGHLY recommend a tummy wrap for the loose skin. I used a post partum velcrow belly wrap for the first few months after I had my daughter and it worked pretty well. You don't have to have a baby to wear one. =p You can get it from Motherhood for about $30. Good luck!

Mustard, nutella, peanut butter, pretzels. Ew.
-
If that's what you want to do then I'd try some high intensity interval training. Lots of calories. Never boring. Have fun!
-
Mmm, a 7 for looks, and a 6 for the sense of humor!

THIS feels so true. Any other advice Depp?

THIS is beautiful. I thought of this question while replying to the "What would you say to the 18 yr old you?" thread... and well, I couldn't decide if I would lose the things I love and appreciate now to go back and change the mistakes I made. But I think I have concluded that I would leave things the way they are. They…
-
Awesome point. I might need to do that too.
-
That's sweet. I may go back to convince some poeple to make different choices.
-
That is a good point. I think I would go back with a camcorder and a notebook. :)
-
I would tell the 18 year old me to spend more time laughing, and being a carefree teenager, because once you are grown there is no going back, and there is nothing like the days you spend laying in the hammock drinking a margarita, listening to some chill jams and smoking a j. I would have also added that the benefits of…

No, he lost 15 last year, not this year. He has mearly maintained ever since. And you may be right. There is bigger issues, I feel a little underappreciated for the time that I took care of our daughter on my own, and I feel like I still do most of the work now that he's home. But I love him and will talk to him or deal…
-
You would think that, but the whole time I was overweight and dieting he didn't care to. I lost 70 pounds and he lost 15 last year.
-
You may be right. But I am also struggling with my attraction for him. I am not attracted to him with clothes off. And if he keeps eating bad then he is going to make himself less attractive to me. But if that's what he wants in life I should just let him..and then he can be with someone else who is also overweight.
-
Yeah, you two are right. I do resent him for it. Because he isn't getting more attractive and that effects me and makes me stressed. But it shouldn't. I will get a handle on it and maybe he will get on board soon.
-
You are right, I need to just stop being so easily influenced. I'll be the no fun mama who says we have to clean the house instead of watching tv. And I'm going to start putting my foot down when he wants to cheat all weekend.
-
This is true. I just feel bad because I already dictate so much of what we do during the week. I plan and cook all of our healthy meals. I make him go to the gym sometimes when he doesn't want to. I talk to him about how important health is to me all the time. I ask him to go on hikes or runs (he never wants to when it's…

Don't be so hard on yourself. Add me if you need more friends to motivate you! Everyone binges. We all go up and down. But the best way I have found to avoid it is not keeping those bad foods in the house, and if I feel like binging I will post on MFP first about how I want to eat McDonalds, or whatever, and usually people…

Measure how much juice you get from the fruit and make your own recipe in mfp. Go to Food, the Recipes (right under food), then Enter New Recipe (on far right of page), choose a name for you concoction, and hit Add Ingredient to add each thing. =)

Haha I delete the history off of the computer everyday when I leave work!! I MFP ALOT ALOT at work.
