Had that happen, I used to only drink mountain dew- didn't drink it for a long while, tried the diet mountain dew over the regular stuff, just to see- and I can't drink a can of regular any more, it's WAY too sweet.

Depends on what you're trying to do? I would assume you'd need to eat more to fuel your body if you're doing that every day? Maybe try a rest day during the week.... Open your diary, is it because you're not losing weight, or what's going on that you're asking? :)

You sound proud of eating below 1200 calories a day ON your work out day? you should be eating more. Bump up your calories, switch your work out around (if you've been doing the same thing for awhile) and you should see results. Scales are a nasty thing too- try weighing every couple of weeks, and rely on your clothes like…

I wasn't even thinking about the muscle thing or seeing how my clothes fit, they are fitting a ltitle lose but think i wasn't paying attention to that because of the scale- I like that idea of not having the scale until the end- I'm going to have my boyfriend take it so I don't look at it…

I was mostly a cardio gril- but the last couple months I've been doing the NRFWL. Yeah I wasn't thinking about the few days to get your body back to normal after a "cheat" meal.

I do work out regularly- 5-6 times a week. I meant bad as in i drank a little bit and we went out to eat- and I kinda didn't watch what i ate, so that was my fault there.
