The Advocare is just basically multi-vitamins, I eat real food the whole day :) When I have the protein shakes, it's just because they are easier to make on the go in the morning and to up my protein for the day, don't eat as much as those as I should... so trying to up those.

I bought a scale to measure my meats/and everything- and I was actually over-estimating how much I was eating before getting that. It took me by surprise on some of the items... Depending on what you get there? But not really. The sauces are pretty heavy (like alfredo, and lots of cheese) Treat it as a cheat meal and enjoy it.

I love Insanity!! I'd recommend it, it is hard, and the first week you'll want to die doing the workouts, and it will be hard to even go down stairs, sit- all that stuff... but it's AWESOME. If you stick with it, and just make it part of your daily activity, it's great.
