Does she only do half squats like in the video or does she incorporate full squats too?
Sorry if I sound funny but people get far to caught up into A2G when it has no real place IMO in muscle building
I understand your point. I go down to the ground for technique and training required for olympic lifting.

Also, I am a vegetarian, so I'm wondering if that will hinder my progress? (it isn't something that I will ever give up). Also, I am 44, so I don't think I can ever look like that, but have hope that I can at least try

What's SSCV for cardio? I got HIIT, and also what's the difference if anything between SSCV and HIIT?
