I'd see an RD, not a nutritionist. Anyone can be a nutritionist.

I was told to drop down into a push up. Don't try to control your descent, just drop into it and catch yourself before you hit the floor. lol
-
Heart burn can be a good way to help you maintain your loss too because you appreciate how you feel without heart burn even more when you get it again.

I wouldn't bother with a nutritionist. If anything, you'd want to see a registered dietitian. But if you're still losing body fat, then I wouldn't worry about the scale.

I used to be repulsed by the idea of having breakfast too. I basically forced myself to eat something small and to drink a small amount of warm tea and eventually I was able to eat breakfast. Good luck! I hope you find some answers.

Have you googled Night Eating Syndrome?
-
So is this just a willpower issue?
-
Do you think you're sleep walking or are you awake? If you're sleep walking, try putting some bells on your bedroom door handle or on the fridge door. The sound might wake you up enough to stop you from eating/sleep walking. You can also put a motion sensor light in your kitchen to wake you up.

Do you have to clench your toes to keep your shoes on? That's what usually does it for me, so I usually avoid ballet flats, slippers and flip flops.
-
Aww don't be too discouraged. You'll get back on track. How many calories does my fitness pal have you eating?

My dietitian once told me that I give too much power to food. Her suggestion was, when you're craving sweets, try to think that you are choosing not to have it because it's unhealthy instead of focusing on wanting something that's "forbidden."

I like to make up some tofu strips (cooked in a pan on high heat with a little oil until crispy) and leave them in the fridge for easy access. I'll also cook a big pot of beans to leave in the fridge. This makes meal prep sooo easy. I'll throw that stuff on lettuce with some chopped up veggies and have it for lunch.

You look so good! I'm hoping to have a transformation like yours.

I used to worry about this too, but I've never had anyone make negative comments when I bike or run. If anything, I've had people stop to offer help when I've had a flat or had an issue with my saddle (seat). Which bike did you buy?

You can also try Tart Cherry Juice. Make sure it has no added sugar. I drink 4-6 oz every morning. Some people drink 4 oz in the morning and 4 oz at night. I can't take large doses of tumeric because it causes gallbladder pain. http://nutritionfacts.org/video/who-shouldnt-consume-curcumin-or-turmeric/

Maybe focus on losing weight through diet changes rather than exercise? I like to spend a few hours every week doing meal prep and have meals/snacks ready to go in the freezer and fridge. If you're really wanting to exercise, maybe a quick body weight strength routine would be helpful? You can find some good videos on…

You shouldn't be deficient in B12 if you're eating dairy and eggs. My guess is you aren't eating enough calories.
-
B12 is a water soluble vitamin. Your body doesn't store this vitamin easily. Any excess goes out with your urine. I doubt the headaches are from too much B12 in your body.

Thought of 1 other thing. For a cheap snack, buy popcorn kernels and pop your own popcorn either on the stove or in an air popper.

You should try making a large batch of pancakes from scratch and freezing them. You can serve them with some frozen fruit. It'd be cheaper than cereal. You also mentioned your kids like beans. Try cooking dry beans--they are cheaper than canned beans. You can make a big pot of chili using dry beans and use just a small…

I had this same reaction when it came time for my first 20 minute run, but I did it. You'll be surprised at how well your body has adapted so far. I've found that running becomes more mentally challenging (boredom, self-doubt) than physically challenging as you increase your distance, so keep that in mind. If you start to…

Since you like swimming, you could try to see how far you can swim in one workout and then try to push yourself to swim further the next time or you could try to swim the same length but faster. Try to challenge yourself at each workout, but don't push so hard that you'll burn out. You could also try finding some swimmers…

Honestly, it was just one day. Do better tomorrow and don't worry about it.

Normally I don't use cheese alternatives--my pizzas don't have cheese on them. If I'm really needing an alternative then I'll use Daiya or Tofutti products.

I eat a plant-based diet and my husband does not. Most of my meals that I prepare are made up of a grain (usually brown rice or quinoa), a veggie protein (black beans or chickpeas usually), vegetables, and then a piece of meat for my husband. That way my husband feels like he is getting a non-vegetarian meal and I am more…

Vegetables do have protein. And he doesn't need as much protein as an adult would. Why don't you start keeping track of his protein intake? You might be surprised how much protein he is actually getting from his diet.
