Are you near your period? I always gain 5 lbs just before my period.

I would go for a more gentle approach to weight loss and eat at maintenance and let the breastfeeding do the work for you. I wouldn't exercise either.

To me, it sounds like you're doing a lot of activity and taking in a small amount of food. I would eat 1200 calories a day and not exercise for a week and see how your body responds.

Raw broccoli makes me bloat. If I parboil the broccoli, I don't have that problem. Just thought I'd pass that along

Eating more veggies during meals rather than carbs. I thought it would be a hard transition but it hasn't been bad. I found that eating more fat during meals made up for the lack of carbs and I'm much fuller for longer.

Aussie Bites from Costco are 130 calories each. I used to eat 6 or so for breakfast. :'(

Talk to your doctor about how much weight gain is healthy and how much protein and calcium you need each day. Make sure you aren't eating at a deficit and if you do have morning sickness then try to eat as best as you can. Congratulations!

I have some insight into the woo button. If you put your cursor over the woo and look at the web link for the woo button, you'll see that it has WTF in it. lol Seriously. Inspiring is agree, like is like, hug is awesome, insightful is insightful. Woo Hug So I think woo is a bad thing.

I'm just getting over 6 weeks of constipation. It was horrible. I tried pretty much everything. The only thing that worked for me was miralax and getting my period. I made a conscious effort to not take ibuprofen for my cramps this cycle and my cramps have pretty much cleared me out now. Hopefully my constipation won't…
