Homemade fresh green / vegetable jucicing

Hi - I am a juicer, I juice fresh veggies/fruits in a Omega Juicer daily. The ingredients are never 100% the same. I thought about not counting it in my food log. However I have made a commitment to myself that anything that goes into my mouth will be logged. Does anyone know how to properly log the JUICE, as I don't think it would be the same as logging the actual whole fruit/vegetable.

I just logged the vegetable or fruit. The pulp has little calories in it most likely.

I agree, juicing really just takes out the fiber.

Juicing is lovely and all but do you like smoothies? Same thing and you get to keep all the lovely fibre that your body needs to keep everything moving. It will also keep you fuller for longer xx

Ya, I used to juice but switched to smoothies with protein powder and fat as well as fruits and veggies. Keeps me full for hours!

Back when I juiced, I didn't like throwing out the fiber, plus my body didn't react well to straight juice - I'd get headaches, etc.
