I've got 100+ to lose also. I feel like I am more on track this time than I have been the past few years. I have the same problem with my blenders! I did some googling around a couple months back and it seems like we are not alone in this problem. I think eventually I might like a vitamix, but I just don't use it enough to justify that kind of expense right now. Good luck! By the way, where do you buy your new blades?

287 this morning! Down from 292. Mostly water from TOM, but maybe some of it is real! For those who are confused, I just moved and gained nine pounds with no explanation over a period of about 7 days. I think it's stress related, but there it is...

Big change, dude! Keep it up! I think it's harder on guys to tell with clothes, because the pants are cut to sit lower, but I can tell you've lost about 4 sizes around the middle. You should take measurements and use that to compare. I bet you'd see bigger changes!
