I buy the whole wheat flat bread and then use marinara sauce, light mozzarella cheese and top with chicken. It makes an individual pizza and a lot less calories... And just as good... My 15-year old loves it!

We have two and have used them regularly for the last 8 years.. they are still going strong. Chicken, steak, burgers, grilled cheese, all that stuff. Love mine. They are great.

I have heard that morning is best. I guess as long as you stay consistent with your timing, you should be okay. I weigh myself first thing in the morning before eating, as soon as I get up.

Not a good idea. Our bodies can't break down those foods..l and what they use in them... Bone meal, decomposed items, animal parts, all those things. Saw a show where a woman was eating cat food and treats. The doctor confronted her with the damage the ingredients can do to human internal organs... Not recommended!

I have found Optimum Nutrition and the Casein Protein in Cookies & Cream. It tastes good and keep me fuller. I also grab hardboiled egg whites and a banana. Those are pretty good.
