  • I have noticed that the people I see on a regular basis tend not to notice if they don't know I am trying to loose. If it has been a while they notice more, but a lot of the people I know are very vocal so they say something. Plus some of them see me in corsets or something similar so it is easy to notice then. I would say…

  • Every time I look in the mirror I ask myself if people see what I see in the mirror or if they see what comes out in a picture because I think I look way better in the mirror than in most of my pictures, I know this has to do with my weight and I know when I loose more I will feel better about myself, but most people don't…

  • I think it is cute
  • not silly at all, and I don't think anyone would really take notice or if they did they would understand, if it hurts you gotta do something about it. I also wouldn't worry about being the only girl lifting, I have felt that so often, just makes me feel better for it.

  • I was the one with the neck pain, and I do have an issue with lifting my shoulders while I run, but it was pulled from crunches and a flare up from a previous neck injury where a photographers light fell and the pole hit me in about the same spo
