  • I am also doing 30 days straight. I started on the first so I am looking forward to day 14 later. The v raise and squats are the move I hate the most right now. I just keep telling myself that level 3 is coming! I can't believe we have almost completed the first half of the 30 days.

  • At the end of the first 10 days, I was down an overall of 3 3/4 inches. I was very suprised with these results. I was also down 4 lbs after the first 7 days. I am trying very hard to only weigh myself once a week.

  • I am changing my diet a lot. According to the MFP, I am on a 1200 calorie a day plan.
