Day 10
Day 10 is officially complete! I am so happy to have completed the first portion of the program. I only will weigh in on Saturdays, so currently, I have lost 4 lbs and 3 3/4 inches all over. Just finished day 7. I am no longer feeling like I am going to die, and I can successfully complete everything except the side lunge with arm raise.
