Hello all, my name is Lisa and I am back again. I originally started after I had my second child in 2009. I had just about gotten to my goal weight when I ended up pregnant with my third child and in the middle of my graduate school degree. It has been a stressful few years, and I am back to where I started.
I did so well when I was tracking what I was eating, so I am back in the game. I am following some in-home workout programs as getting to the gym does not fit into my schedule. I am hoping that this week gets me back in the habit of tracking what I am putting into my body. Next week I plan on having a better plan of attack in making healthier choices that will keep me going for longer.
Today is Day 2.

I can emphasize with that a lot. I have been trying some subreddits involving body weight for home workouts.0
