I am doing insanity now and its great BUT I do not suggest starting out with it. You risk injury and being discouraged if you are only starting to work out. IIf you are new to working out I would start with 30ds and go from there. Its best to start out slow until you are strong enough to do the moves CORRECTLY

I have a tremor which I have had since birth. I have learned to control/hide it but if I am tired or after a hard workout I can't control it. I hate to drink anything...water, juice, gatorade, ect. The act of drinking is gross to me<<<<crazy

I feel like every work out is a battle to stay upright :) But I know the more I battle through now the better I will feel in a couple weeks! About a year ago I had exercised enough that I could manage my POTS symptoms without any medication!! Now I am powering through the next couple months to reach that point…

1. Having three young children all of my training sessions are inside at the gym. THANK GOODNESS for child care. 2. I find fitnesspal's calories a bit low in some and high on others. I purchased a HRM which I LOVE to get the most accurate calorie count as possible!

Thankfully my oldest two can swim...I would unbuckle all three children (5years, 2.5 years, and 3 months) and push the older two out of the car. I would then unbuckle husband and get out with the baby. I would then go back for my husband.
