pregnancy and exercise
I recently found out I was pregnant. My estimates I am 6 weeks along. Unlike my past pregnancy I plan to keep control of my weight and fitness! I am under the impression that I do not need to change my exercise....is this true? Also are there any exercises that are great for pregnancy?

working out but not hungry!
On days I workout I am not hungry. I know this is backwards. Does anyone else experience this? Any tips for what to do? My dairy is open and if you want to look...I haven't added what I am going to eat for lunch yet.

heart rate monitor
So I currently have a timex ironman heart monitor which has worked great! However, having lost 54lb the strap no longer rests flat against my body resulting in not reading my heart rate correctly. Any recommendations for a great heart rate monitor?

Need to eat more
On days I work out 5 days a week I need to up my calories a lot. I have a problem with this because I don't want to eat ****ty food and honestly working out after 5pm I am just not hungry. Can someone look at my food log and give me suggestions? I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO NUTS!! All nuts!!!

too much exercise
My husband is worried I am working out too much. Is that possible? Right now I work out for about an hour and half 5 days a week. I am planning to double up two days a week. Adding about 30 minutes on those days. I am eating most of my exercise calories so i don't see a problem. I am also steadily losing weight

I began a spin class about 5 months ago. When I first started my inner thigh would bump the bottom of the seat when I peddled. Yesterday was the first time that I went through the class without my inner thigh bumping the seat!!!
