working out but not hungry!

On days I workout I am not hungry. I know this is backwards. Does anyone else experience this? Any tips for what to do?
My dairy is open and if you want to look...I haven't added what I am going to eat for lunch yet.

many days my net intake is in the negatives. I fear I will go into starvation and will no longer loss weight0

working out does actually lower hunger. unfortunately, that means that sometimes you have to eat when you are not hungry. when that occurs, eat low density but higher calorie foods like nuts, avocado, and meat.0
