Know what weighs more than both muscle and fat? Awesome. The more you work out, the more awesome you get, which is why the scale may not change or even go up. It sucks being awesome. It truly does.

If you're looking for stuff that doesn't need to be refrigerated, how about canned milk? Or there's some sort of scary organic milk that doesn't need to be refrigerated.

The attempted chin ups are a disaster- I hold on and strain trying to get the lift but it doesn't happen. I do keep tension on the negatives, slowly lowering. Well, if 3 to 4 seconds counts as slow, at least.

Looks vaguely like what the sheet my pull up bar came with calls "Australians". I did those those for awhile, but stopped in favour of pushups, dumbell and barbell rows, and dips. Maybe I should revisit.

King's Quest (for the Tandy 1000) Pac Man. I'd play that on my Atari until I had blisters. Sonic the Hedgehog for Genesis. The save feature has made people lazy... Oh, and the Resident Evil games. I know that's more than three, but... whatevs.

Then that's what you should do. The key is to build endurance, not speed. If you can maintain your pace for the duration, that means more than going faster and not completing. Take it slow. Speed will come.

I would seriously question the quality of said milk- is it being pumped in a clean manner? Sterilized bottles? What is the diet of the milk provider like? And so on... Highly, highly, risky.
