I do them once a day. I fell off the work out wagon, but when I was doing it, I saw great results. Right now I am getting back into a work out schedule and am rotating between Hip Hop Abs and Zumba. Feel Free to add me as a Friend. Good Luck!

Thank God Today is done! I am happy tp be checking in and reporting a little over 1000 calories burned. I took my dogs for a nice walk, cleaned my house, took the boat out with my husabnd and went fishing and finished the day with 40 minutes of Turbo Jam.
