Hi-
My sister sent me a juicer about 2 months ago and I love it! I have several recipes that I've loaded. If you search for recipies with "EFL" in the front, they should come up for you.
Good luck!0 -
juicing is rough, good luck! look up Fat,Sick and Nearly Dead on google, go to the website, go into i think its called joint the boot or something similar, there are some recipes on there! I tried juicing, but I have epilepsy and after reading online it said if you have it DO NOT JUCIE...lol!!!!0

Hey I just found this site this morning :

i have been juicing for over a month now and i love it - i crave my juice in the morning and if i dont have then i feel so sluggish. you can juice pretty much anything - although my favourites are fruit juices. pears, apples, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit. then i blend a few smaller fruits like strawberries, bananas or raspberries with it as they dont juice very well and hey presto juice! enjoy!0

Look them up online, they have some crazy and interesting recipies. I tried juicing and lost fast, but also felt clean. I stopped cause i got sick now i just feel sluggish and blah!0

Not really a recipe. I juice what's left in my Fridge at the end of each week. This time I had, Celery, Cabbage, Tomatos, Carrots, and Brocolli.
My input here is what I do with the pulp. I throw it into a bowl, add a couple eggs, a lb of ground turkey, some chopped hot peppers and some Itailian bread crumbs. I mix it all together and form 4 oz Meatballs. Bake them and then I have a healthy, high fiber, low fat snack. You can add to scramble eggs, make a burrito, thicken up some soup or just eat plain.0 -

i adore my juicer! My go-to recipe right now (makes 2 large shaker bottles) 1 red 1 green apple. 1 cup carrots. 2 stalks celery 2 limes. 1 cup blueberries 1 cup strawberries. 1/2 cup pineapple. i mix about 6 oz water and 3 scoops vanilla whey protein in my shaker and pour in the juice. I add lemon juice to give tartness if the fruit is really ripe. i also make "hulk juice" (so named to get my nephew to try it)with protein, spinach, kiwi, pineapple, and celery. These all become better served with a mini umbrella in a margarita glass, fyi. Haha0
