try waking up earlier to fit your work out in before you leave for work. when my children were little i would do that. now that they are older (still little) i will send them into the other room with their cartoons so i can do a work out. i am a stay at home mom and do all fo the same things you do. i do the lawn and such…

I'm not a fan of wearing a belt especially with jeans that are too big. I was at that same stage not long ago i just dealt with it and was constantly hiking my jeans up.

I haven't reached my goal yet but I chose a goal to where I was the most confident at as well as the most comfortable with myself. I probably won't keep going as I will end up losing curves and get too skinny.

Normally I eat very fast and try very had to slow it down. Chew my food 20-30 times and take my time. Actually one will eat less if they do that. It is just a pain as I live a fast paced life w/two small children. But the important part is that I am trying.

You would be amazed at the changes that will happen to your body once you cut out a lot of the sugar and soft drinks. M'dear think of this as a life style change, not a diet.
