Maybe all of the above. I've thought of this myself. I would do wonderful, feel wonderful, look it...then I find myself eating. For what? Not hungry.

MinnieinMaine - I haven't kept track of anything over the course of a long time. Might fit in 30 min of exercise here and there and do portion control. But then, I'll completely fall off with eating. Not gain a lot...maybe a pound or so but no more than 5lbs. As far as fruits and vegetables...I'd love to but health issues…

I don't care if my husband goes but he isn't into that. I've tried taking him. If he would decided to go it wouldn't bother me that he would visualize me as the stripper. At least he came home to me and is with me. :)

I'm 5'2'' and I currently weigh 135lbs. My heighest was 167 after children and my doctor said for my body shape that 136 would be the heigh end for my height. I am aiming for 125lbs.

You are losing the fat in those areas but gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Inches lost are a wonderful thing! My weight has been hovering but I am seeing those inches diappear and fitting into smaller clothes. Keep up the good work!

Try doing your pushups against a wall. Much less impact.
