  • My kiddo is 16 months old. I have to work out in the early morning before work. So basically, we get up at 5AM, out the door by 6AM to Day Care, I work out from 6:30A-7:30A and shower at the gym, then head to work by 8A. You might try out some of Leslie Sansone's Walking Dvd's, I love them. I have about 4 of them at home…
  • I have been using both too but everything has stayed the same and I'm still needing to lose...a lot! Not motivating at all! :)
