Don't have kids, but when I was a teenager, I was not the nicest to my mom and really hurt her. But now we have a good relationship. I tried it in my last round (completed 10 days of Level 2). Planks suck!!! It is hardest because of the planks, in my opinion. I'm pretty sure it's harder than Level 3 also.

Well besides the obvious, 'it will come off as you lose more weight' answer, I like to do Back Crunches, they are super fun! Also, I did 15 days of 30 Day Shred and the main places that I noticed a difference was my back and stomach. I'm doing it again now and planning on sticking to the 30 days this time.

Circuit training general. I have a HRM and it comes close to what I've actually burned.

I would move on. I'm sure I could do Level 1 for months and still find ways to improve. 10 days is plenty for Level 1.

I'm using 3 and 5 when I'm feeling energetic. But I don't want any heavier weights.

Level 2 planks are the worst. Level 2 seems to be the hardest.

Side lunges and arm raises are never easy and I have broad shoulders already so I hate them even more. Sometimes I bicep curl if it hurts too much. But Day 2 is complete. Yay! Only 28 more days to go:bigsmile:

I do about 11 regular push ups and girl push ups the rest of the time. I don't touch my nose to the floor, like I've seen some people do, but I go pretty far on both. I say, do what you can and just don't stop. Level 2 planks are my enemy LOL...
