I just mean that when I cook meals, I haven't been careful enough in counting the calories, but I forgot about the recipebuilder on this site, so that's going to help tremendously.

I say, if you're good at maintaining your weight, then try whatever you want and maintain when you get back. I've known lots of women who have tried fad diets and then KEPT the weight off.
