I just did my first one a week ago! it was amazing and such an accomplishment! I hadn't ran in 3 weeks and this came up and i was still able to finish and i wasn't last! lol! just make sure to have a great song selection and have fun with it!

i just started this a couple weeks ago... i was dreading it...i'm italian so pasta has been a big part of my meals my whole life... but i've gotten carb counter books and cook books and it's really kind of fun trying new meals! i know sort of what you mean... i only have 3 kids but i'm a stay at home army wife! so my lifestyle changes every 3-4 years! every time i get use to one routine it's time to change again! but i'm a pretty good motivator (so ive been told) :)

if you look at most of your normal foods you can find the low carb kind... real mayo is like 0 net carbs for a tbsp... there is a butter that is 0 carbs... i started off with this one! make sure to take measurements...you will see a bigger difference there then on your scale! i did the elliptical with it and had awesome results!!! Good Luck and stick with it! :)

I LOVE turbo jam!!! every time i start a new series i still come back to chalean!! you actually want to work out..i'd wake up with the song in my head and would know it's time to lace up my tennis shoes! i have sets one and two and the ball series! Have fun with it!!!

when i first started i did 30 day shred, then i completed ripped in 30 and then i was ready for P90X.. i would try insanity again...you'll be amazed how much easier it is now that you've completed Jillians dvds!!!

stick to your routine... it'll be hard the first couple months...but then your body will be use to it.. it may make them heavier to... so be aware, but also know its normal!

you have to build up your back muscles and shoulders to appear to have just a waist..I'm battling this now after having kids... I've been doing Jillian Michaels body revolution and it focuses alot on back for this reason!!! and to "target" your belly you are suppose to use a low carb no sugar diet...i just learned all this…

I love jillian! i have 30 day shred, ripped in 30, banish fat boost metabolism, no more trouble zones, yoga meltdown, kickboxing, extreme shed and shred, shred it with weights, killer buns and thighs, and 6 week 6 pack...i think thats all of them! lol!

i was talking to a personal trainer about this! i lost weight quick...but then couldn't/can't lose any more...there are 3 phases-starting up...lose some weigh and build tolerance... phase 2-build muscle...phase 3 lose alot of weight! i've been stuck in phase 2 but looking at pictures i see muscle popping up…

I've completed this one! you should NEVER workout 7 consecutive days in a row...you need at least one rest day... and I added 30 mins of cardio a day... i did the treadmill and i lost 5 inches in my midsection! then i moved on to ripped in 30! by the end of that one i was ready for p90x!... it was AFTER that i found this…

40 lbs here! I'm doing Les Mills body pump, running, elliptical, and jillian michaels... for now i'm building muscle... i can't wait until this pays off! its' ALOT of work!

i tried it... i didn't like it and gave it away! it annoyed me and the moves made me feel...goofy. I like turbo jam 150% better!

I'm doing my second go round with her tape! i have almost all her dvds and i love them all! it's challenging but remember its only half an hour long and the exercises may be hard but you only have to do them for a minute or 30 seconds! and you can do anything for a minute right! good luck!

I've had 3 c-sections with big babies (9'6,9'3, and 10'4) i know exactly what you mean! i do jillians 6 week 6 pack in addition to kickboxing or 90 day supreme and finally see it going down. my last baby is almost a year so it has def been hard and i've struggled here and there...but when i stick to it my stomach shrinks…

tell yourself you are just going to go do the elliptical (or whatever your fave machine is) for 15 mins... when you get there you will feel so good that you will do more! this is what i had to do! good luck
