Yup I feel like that all the time. I think I forget that it took me over a year to lose it all so it wouldn't be logical that one bad day would cause me put it all back on again ^_^. I think it's something that takes time to get used to.

Thanks for the responses :) I've been trying to work on my breathing but I find I end up focusing more on that than the running itself. I will try to take on more water and push through it. Hopefully it will get better as I continue.

PhD diet whey (chocolate) is pretty nice tasting. Just has a bit of a strange texture and pretty expensive ^^! I can drink it slowly but I like to make them at a pretty thick consistency.

I did the Propoints plan last year and lost 4.5 stone (63lbs) in about 8 months. I've come to MFP to help me keep track and lose the last stone (14lbs). From all the people I've spoken to about propoints, it's either worked really well for them or hasn't had any effect at all.
