Thank you!! I'm so proud of where I'm at from 12 weeks ago, I DEFINITELY don't want to injure myself! I'll stick with the 5-10k app and just try to be happy with just completing the program and the races!

Congrats!!! I too,ran my first 5k Saturday!!! My only goal was to not walk and I accomplished it! Not sure on my time as it wasn't timed but know it was between 32&37 minutes! You can totally do it! Just like others said the goal is to finish, so take it at a comfortable pace and remember your mind will give up before your body, I just completed 25 min straight(week 7) and keeping the tunes going and telling myself my body can do it is what got me through it! My 5th baby girl was born May 30, I am breast feeding exclusively also. I'm looking to lose 29 more pounds . I eat 1770 calories per day and don't log breast feeding at all. Would love to be able to support each other!

I had a friend talk me into spin class, it was fun but difficult! I had no clue what I was doing, but did my best and it was fine. I have been logging into MFP for 45 days, lost 10 pounds so far. I have the app on my phone and look up everything I eat before I eat it. If I know I am going over, I know I have to workout.
