40 here and starting over training for SHE half I June, it's been 3 years since I was able to run my first half. I'm up 25 pounds from that run - funny how you can eat that much with stress.... mom of 5 and work full-time, add me if you understand ...

I just started doing them the beginning of January! I'm hoping it will make me a stronger runner and help me tone up more. I think the videos are definitely challenging and not your normal yoga. I just attempted double black Diamond last night and WOW it was crazy challenging! Hope you continue to enjoy them!

Thank you for the help! Definitely feels better running trails and the scenery is so much better. I've even been doing it without music, which is unusual for me!

I'd love to hear the answer to this also! My last race was a 10:30/mile pace and nowhere can I figure out the burn! Don't understand how mfp can have 5.2 but no 5.5 or 5.75

My 5th daughter is 7 months old, I have lost 50 pounds from the day I had her! My profile pic shows before pregnancy, during pregnancy and 2 weeks ago. Love c25k! The only running I've ever done in my life was for softball in grade school. I always HATED running. Thanks everyone! I guess I didn't think about what I had the night before and for today that could've TOTALLY made a difference! Plus I didn't drink any water cuz then I was afraid I'd have to pee! Lessons learned!

I'm doing the dirty girl in June too! I just started running back in august but the obstacles are pretty intimidating to me! Gonna start weight training this month to work up to it! Good luck! I'm doing it with my 14 year old daughter and sister!

No feeling like stepping on tacks, just in the heel. I plan to rest it and take ibuprofen if no improvement I'll go to the doc, just can't figure out why all of the sudden it hurts- I didn't increase or change anything. Thank you for your help!

Rough week with work and SNOW!!! Attempted my first run at dusk with snow had to cut it short, my 12 year old running buddy couldn't go any farther :( but at least she tried to keep her mommy running! Today-2.58 miles
