I just had the Lean Cuisine Glazed Turkey tenderloin dish tonight. I added a cup of veggies to it to make it filling for dinner.

I totally get you! I've been at it for the past two months - lost 10 lbs in the first couple weeks, and have barely got another 2 off in the past month. It's so frustrating when you plateau... Push through it and keep at it. I find intervals give my body a wake-up and ignite the weight loss. Good Luck!

I don't necessarily care for yoga classes - but I love my Biggest Loser Weight-Loss Yoga DVD with Bob Harper. It's a great workout, and wonderful for those new to yoga because Bob explains things really well, and the moves are pretty basic.

Today it says I get an extra 1209 calories for my exercise! No way am I eating that!! I try to stay around 1500 daily calories.
