yeah i did go up a little yesterday, and now back down... but i havent really lost anymore then when i started.... BUT my body has changed... i can feel my muscles and my body feels different when i walk (i cant feel as much back fat) so yeah not too concerned with the scales...

use feta, avocardo, some almonds and olive oil in a salad... i seem to do fine with my fats, even though i am avoiding saturated ones. (due to high cholesterol) i eat salmon low fat milk (eat the full fat ones?) no fat yoghurt (full fat ... also for you - eat cheese ...) avocardo cook with olive oil i eat chicken and sometimes red meats, they still contain fats even when you cut off…

ohhhh the more i hear about free weights the more i wanna do them!!! 2 weeks and im making that damn trainer teach me how to!!! i have a program doing machines.. which i've noticed muscles:) and ive been able to up my leg press to 65 kgs :) boyfriend says my *kitten* looks perkier :) cant wait to do some serious lifting!!!

hmmm thanks hun... hmm unless i spose i'm limited with my cals, i might use them, but not having full fat things is difficult just to make up cals.. lol... might stick to the normal noodles or rice.... :)

Im eating at tdee - 15% ... its over 2000 cals... and do weight machines 3 times a week... :)

dont focus so much on the scale, :) more on inches :)

if your lifting, and you've lost inches/ cm's... but the scale hasnt moved, im gonna assume thats muscle you've gained :) muscle take up less room then fat :)

^ this & make sure your eating enough, google eat more 2 weigh less build/ retain muscle by lifting :)
