one month at the gym
So between starting machine weights... and the starting stronglifts is Bout a month... thing is I got my measurements today so I can compare... chest is 1 cm more now. Waist is 1 cm less. Hips are 2 cm more... wth thighs are down 4 cm each... and my lef bicep is 2.5 cm less.... not sure how I feel about these results...…

since using MFP, i have noticed meats, like red meats are quite high in cals.. whats the best for of protein that you've found... as i a love my meats, lamb beef. sometimes chicken.. dont really do the fish, though ... so whats your secret ????

whats a good, goal to have?
i weigh 100kg's.. (220lbs ) and wanna i guess get down to 80 kg's.. (176lbs ) should i have that as my goal, or maybe just to 90kgs (198lbs) ?? btw had to use google to convert for me..lol should i do smaller goals ??? or leave it as 80kgs ??
