Ive been using stronglifts.. basically... and I started below the bar, watched heaps of vids on you tube on form and had the trainers show me how to as well... lifting heavy is awesome... with strong lifts you add weight progressively, im now on my personal best of 62.5 kgs for my squats - and thats just over half my body…

We have guys who leave the plates loaded and spralled out on the floor... seem to be constantly deloading the squat rack and bench... obviously their routine leaves them weak....... its frustrating cleaning up after them, should be taught to be considerate when they join. .. dont have the loud ones but I have met a rude…

Nawww thanks guys wasnt sure if anyone saw it... glad you did... I just went through a terrible time of hating myself, for a dumb number on a stupid scale... so im just eating better, working out, to feel healthier... stuff the number no one sees it anyway... :heart: and this is how I feel now..

yeah, i stopped eating red meat, only chickenor seafood no animal fats, no butter either, only low fat milk.... eat avocados and olive oil.. good luck... its what i had 4 months ago.. :D

i'm not a vego either, but my partner is, and i just add meat onto my plate if i feel like it, such as i'll make a meat free pasta (home made tomato sauce....) , and add chicken to my plate or brown some mince, and have two sauce pans going at once, pretty easy... but yeah this is great with or without meat!!! also some…

pretty low in cals too... as i spose its just beans and tomatos just taste and see if you need to add anything like a bit of salt at the end, as i only had salt on the sweet potatos... but when they were added the taste of the whole dish changed... so yum!!! if i could share a pic of my version i would, enjoy!!!
