ahhh also showed me two products he thought would benifit me some themogenic stuff.... makes you burn more fat... and amino acids are suppliments really nessesary ?? i mean cant i just eat food, like protien before and after a workout, while in a deficit to stop my body consuming my muscle.... ????

strong lifts... workout A squats over head press deadlifts workout B squats bench rows repeat :) gym sessions 3 times aweek ( 2 at the moment....)

I made white sauce... experimentally. .. as I dont use butter, I used olive oil instead, and a no fat milk called A2 ... and flour... added salt and pepper. .. used it in a spinach and feta lasagna ;)

Every 4 weeks im entitled to a program review... I used my first one to get the dude to show me how to do the lifts in strong lifts... I also watched a few vids on you tube... for form ;) and I got him back a few weeks later to check my form... im lucky my gym is pretty quiet... depending on the day and time... mid morning…
