ohhh i might change sodium to fiber.... i've only had 200grams of leg ham today, sodiums now in the red.... id rather not bother with it lol..0

I track my sodium carefully. That's my number one.
I keep an eye on my fiber and protein intake.
After that, I note fat intake and will adjust food accordingly, sometimes.
The rest of it I don't care as much about.0 -
Excess sodium could cause water retention so it is important to track it0

I don't track sugar. I track sodium, because I don't get enough and if I am still under 500mg in the late afternoon I need to bring out the pretzels. I also track fiber0

Eat some ham... lol
Thanks for your input guys0 -
I track fiber and potassium instead of sugar and sodium.
I'm not really worried about water retention as it won't stop me from losing fat.0 -
I track: Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium & Fiber.
My big 3 I actually pay attention to are Cals, Protein & Fiber0
