found some weird noodles at the shops today.... was making stir fry, stuck to my egg noodles... but has anyone tried these? Changs super low-cal wok ready noodles????

    I've had them, they aren't bad if you have a flavourful sauce. You don't want to try them with a light sauce or in something like, say, rice paper rolls.

    Rinse them REALLY well, they have a funky smell out of the bag, but it does wash away. Texture can be weird, but if you're ok with cold vermicielli noodles, you'll probably be ok with these.

    hmmm thanks hun... hmm unless i spose i'm limited with my cals, i might use them, but not having full fat things is difficult just to make up cals.. lol... might stick to the normal noodles or rice.... :)

    Yeah, if you have the cals, the real thing are WAY better.
