I've tried that before, but I have TMJ, so it isn't great for me to chew that much. I just try to eat slow/take breaks.

Spending money NOW to get healthy will save you loads of money compared with not getting healthy and when you're older having broken hips, high blood pressure, heart problems, and osteoporosis.

I notice when I don't eat enough calories, I'm really hungry in the morning. I can't force myself to eat when I'm not hungry though, but if I'm hungry, I eat.

I swear by monistat anti chafing cream. I buy several tubes in the spring to wear when I wear skirts and dresses.

I think sometimes when people lose weight and gain confidence, we think about what looks good relative to what used to look good or not look good, but not necessarily what is good for where we are now. Next summer I'm sure you will be all about the bikini.

I hear ya. I can only handle so many raw greens. I try to add them in wraps and other things other than salad.

The key is to use cold water/broth when you make it, and don't over stir.

Nope. And honestly, the only reason I track raw spinach is to show that I ate veggies (raw spinach is super low in calories).

That's great. I have found it to be so much better since one of my real life friends is now doing it with me. (Nothing against my pals on here).

I worked out for 95 minutes and burned 889 calories. I'd say that's a good victory for this week.

Ok, so I'm not cooking with added oil, and I'm not really eating bread. I'm hoping this will keep my fat and carbs within my limits (which are generous limits to begin with). For instance, today I made a wrap w/ lettuce instead of with a wheat wrap.
