I don't eat much processed foods at all, but I'm a bit of an amateur chef myself. I like to cook, and I'm known for my skills. Today I didn't use any oil in my cooking, and I believe I'll be under the fat. I also cut back on bananas today, which cut back my carbs.

Oh yes, I remember those days. Sometimes new stylists just don't cut enough off and take longer because they need to go back and cut more.

Ok, well went to the gym already before I saw the exercise challenge, but I did all upper body today, so I guess it evens out. I'm already a label reader, so no problem there. I don't eat a lot of processed foods, and I don't add a lot of salt to my food. Unfortunately, my bath tub is not functional. I'll figure out…

I'm not sure how to not go over fat or carbs. If I don't go over one, I go over the other. I mean, I'm not going over by a lot, but it's hard to find the balance. I'm not eating MORE veggies!

Pros: I'll feel better about myself I'll have more energy It will reduce my stress/anxiety I'm guessing it will help me study more efficiently It certainly can't hurt my chances of getting an internship for the spring I'll get to see all that young college eye candy…
