Hey... one more thing... I workout at work and supplement with on-demand cable. My wife (workout partner) started ZUMBA about a month now and is doing v. well.... I'M A GUY but HERE'S MY THEORY... Build MUSCLE in the area of concern and that muscle-induced calorie burn will reduce thigh size... None of this is "easy" though - but stay the course and you will win!!! CONGRATS on your weight loss...way-to-go!!!

I am an EXTREMIST! I think "bad" food is like poison (Cyanide) So If cyanide is bad for you why would you treat yourself to it - DNC... If the objective is to quit smoking - why reward yourself with a cigarette? Weight loss to me has been a focus on "lifestyle change" Sometimes it takes a while for folks to REALLY get it!
